The AAMU (Aboriginal Art Museum Utrecht) opened its doors yesterday after closing time for sporting visitors. A selection of Australian cycling team Orica-GreenEDGE visited the museum, that focuses on art from the team’s motherland. From coming Saturday the team will compete in the Tour de France, that starts in the Dutch city of Utrecht.

Riders Simon Gerrans, Luke Durbridge and their Dutch teammate Pieter Weening were invited by the museum. They visited in the company of, among others, Neil Mules, the Australian Ambassador to the Netherlands. In particular Gerrans was very interested in the art works of his countrymen.
